number of noun for all class
Number কাকে বলেঃ যাহা দ্বারা কোনো বস্তু বা প্রাণীর সংখ্যা বুঝায় তাকে Number বলে।
Number দুই প্রকার। যথা:
- (i) Singular
- (ii)Plural
বি:দ্র: Number শুধুমাত্র countable noun এর common, collective noun এ number পরিবর্তন হয়ে থাকে। কিন্তু Proper(কিছু), material, ও Abstract noun এ number পরিবর্তন হয়না।

# কিছু শব্দ আছে যেগুলো দেখতে plural এর মত কিন্ত এরা Singular:
Ethics, gallows, innings, mathematics, news, physics, politics, economics, optics, wages, athletics ইত্যাদি
# কিছু শব্দ আছে যেগুলো সব সময় Plural:

# কিছু Noun আছে যেগুলো Singular ও Plural উভয় হিসেবেই ব্যবহার হয়:

বি:দ্রঃ মনে রাখতে হবে noun+s/es= plural কিন্তু Verb+s = Singular
যেমন pens হচ্ছে plural এবং plays হচ্ছে Singular

# নিচের অনুচ্ছেদটির boy শব্দটিকে boys দিয়ে প্রতিস্থাপন করে অন্যান্য পরিবর্তন কর।
The boy gets up at six in the morning. He washes his hands and face and cleans his teeth. He takes his breakfast with his parents. Then he reads up to 9 a.m. Then he has his bath.
